The WS series is a fine sand (particles under 0.16 mm) reclaimer system that offers efficient and economical recycling of washed out sand in sand making process. The unit separates water-silts mixture and sand-making waste. Max reclaim treating capacity are up to 260 m³/h. The 2WS-12-350 is a factory assembled and tested unit. It is designed to fit new and existing facilities and to meet increasing local, state, and national environmental requirements. It can be applied to hydropower station aggregates processing system, glass raw material processing system, sand-making production line, coal cleaning in coal separation plants and environment engineering (slime refining).
WS sand reclaimer is featured of:
1. Polyurethane screen provides longer service life and no hole plugging phenomenon.
2. Polyurethane lining internally installed in the hydrocyclone which can do slurry thickening and refining job.
3. Max reclaime rates can reach 85% of the overall discharge amount.
4. A system offers full recovery for particulate matters that cuts down the work load of the settling ponds.
